Project Overview
Waye Construction was hired to complete the roofing, exterior work, and balcony construction for a series of new income properties in Kentville, NS. These colourful, modern apartment buildings form part of a growing residential community inspired by the vibrant “jellybean house” aesthetic of St. John’s, Newfoundland. Our team delivered consistent, high‑quality craftsmanship across multiple buildings, contributing to the development’s unique and welcoming character.
